General McChrystal, for

A man with honor to
stop the traitors in the US government and put
them on trial. Finally the US has a hero who
tells the truth.
General McChrystal, the top US commander in Afghanistan, is on his way to Washington to attend Wednesday’s monthly White House meeting on Afghanistan and Pakistan. Normally he weighs in via video conference. But he’s in trouble for making derogatory comments about President Obama and other administration officials in an interview called "The Runaway General" in Rolling Stone magazine.
The piece quotes McChrystal as saying he was “disappointed” after his first meeting with Mr. Obama, and that the new US chief executive seemed intimidated by top military brass. It depicts the general as a lone wolf who has clashed with Obama and others about the direction of US strategy in the region.
A senior administration official told The
Associated Press that President Barack Obama has
accepted Gen. Stanley McChrystal's resignation
as the top U.S. commander in Afghanistan and is
replacing him with Gen. David Petraeus, head of
U.S. Central Command.
McChrystal was pushed out over blistering
remarks he made about administration officials
quoted in a magazine interview.
Applause broke out during a community meeting in Orange Beach, Ala., on the news.
"We asked for that two weeks ago and they laughed at us," Mayor Tony Kennon said. "Thank you,
(as he painted Osama's neck RED) President Obama, for
being a red neck and taking a bunch of rednecks' suggestion and making it happen."

The only crime to be defined in the constitution
is the crime of treason, and is defined as
follows:
Treason against the United States,
shall consist only in levying War against them,
or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid
and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of
Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses
to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open
Court.
I submit that President Barack Obama is
guilty of treason and should be impeached as
President of the United States and charged with
the crime of treason.
When President Barack Obama released
classified information on the methods used to
interrogate terrorist enemies of the United
States he gave aid and helped terrorist
organizations throughout the world that want
nothing more than to destroy the United States
of America.
By releasing this information terrorists know
that if they are captured that they have nothing
to fear from their American interrogators.
President Barack Obama should not be allowed
to prosecute anyone in the Bush administration
based on information that was obtained during
the commission of a crime itself!

Obama was criticized by the Kenyan Government for his 2006 visit
to Kenya when he campaigned for his cousin Raila Odinga and
insulted the government. Now we learn that when Obama met with
Iraqi leaders “He asked why we were not prepared to delay an agreement until after the US elections and the formation of a new administration in Washington,“, stated Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari. The NY Post has a breaking news article on Obama’s meeting. Here are some
excerpts from the article dated Monday, September 15, 2008:
“OBAMA TRIED TO STALL GIS’ IRAQ WITHDRAWAL“
“WHILE campaigning in public for a speedy withdrawal of US troops from Iraq, Sen. Barack Obama has tried in private to persuade Iraqi leaders to delay an agreement on a draw-down of the American military presence.
According to Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, Obama made his demand for delay a key theme of his discussions with Iraqi leaders in Baghdad in July.
“He asked why we were not prepared to delay an agreement until after the US elections and the formation of a new administration in Washington,” Zebari said in an interview”
“Though Obama claims the US presence is “illegal,” he suddenly remembered that Americans troops were in Iraq within the legal framework of a UN mandate. His advice was that, rather than reach an accord with the “weakened Bush administration,” Iraq should seek an extension of the UN mandate.
While in Iraq, Obama also tried to persuade the US commanders, including Gen. David Petraeus, to suggest a “realistic withdrawal date.” They declined.”
TREASON – This word imports a betraying, treachery, or
breach of allegiance.
The Constitution of the United States, Art. III, defines
treason against the United States to consist only in levying
war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving
them aid or comfort. This offence is punished with death. By
the same article of the Constitution, no person shall be
convicted of treason, unless on the testimony of two
witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open
court.
Is providing Khalid Sheik Mohammed a jury trial, and
extending “Miranda Rights” to enemy combatants essentially
providing aid and comfort to the enemies of the us? Should
we be bringing charges against them?

Are the courts blind to the law? Does
this prove once again that the Clackamas County Circuit Court and the Oregon
Justice system, and the Oregon attorney generals office , is making a
statement that the criminal justice system is running deep with corruption?
Judge Maurer and Oregon's Attorney General appear to be going out of their
way to prove once again, that there is no real justice in Oregon. Cover up
the criminal acts of a DA who uses criminal tactics to gain conviction.
The Statement of Case
This is a post conviction case in which
the Petitioner-Appellant sought reversal of his Judgment of Conviction of
Assault in the Fourth Degree entered December 19, 2002. There,
Petitioner-Appellant was tried and found guilty by the court. Petitioner
appeals from the Order Denying Post-Conviction Relief by the Clackamas
County Circuit Court entered November 19,2004. The court ruled that ORS
138.530 (1) was the exclusive remedy and that Petitioner-
Appellant’s “Actual Innocence” is
not a basis for post-conviction relief.
This case was taken to the United States Supreme Court
where a student of law working in the United States Supreme Court made the
decision for a United States Supreme Court Judge not to hear this case
because it could cause the Justice System to collapse from all of the cases
that involves actual innocents as a reason of not guilty. Proving once and
for all the Justice System is not about innocents it is about power and
power over the people not by or for the people.

Judge Maurer presides over his court room acting as court from the
days of Adolph Hitler’s reign. Is Judge Maurer blind to the law? Or he
a little man trying to make his mark on the world as an unfair
closed-minded, opinionated, ranting little man acting as a judge, who needs
to feel the power of his elected position and demonstrating he is infected
with the godly syndrome and behaves (in ones opinion) like a " despotic
madman brutal tyrant."
While sitting in Steven L. Maurer’s courtroom, I was shocked and
appalled at the closed-minded, opinionated, rant that came from Judge S.
Maurer. I watched in horror as the judge ripped into a poor, young, female
attorney about sparing her client, the defendant, from losing his job.
As the judge threatened
to slap the defendant with jail time, the attorney remarked: "Your Honor, it
wouldn't be beneficial to the taxpayers of Oregon to have my client lose his
job only to have to file for unemployment."
Judge Maurer glared
down from his over bloated bench and bellowed: "Counsel! I disagree!! It is
when people lose their jobs that they wake up and change their lives." The
opinionated rant continued for another five minutes as the entire court room
stared on in disbelief.
This is an example of a
man power ridden and determined to hurt the people. Impeach traitors to the
constitution and try them and execute them.
